I'm sure most gamers are now aware of the red ring of death, but for you non-gamers heres the scoop: The first batch of X-box 360's are experiencing some problems which have not been explained by Microsoft. Generally, you will get the red ring (which is shown in the 4th panel) which has been defined as a signal that indicates a general hardware failure. Microsoft is mum as to what this really means, or how to prevent it, but everyone knows that if you get it, you are generally screwed to a life of sending it in for repairs, getting it back, and 6 months later sending it in again for the same problem. But still, even with all that suckage, it is worth getting a 360 for Bioshock alone. Just look at the glowing aura of awesomeness! This is a true story, although, somewhat amplified for dramatic effect. Greg has been waiting to get Bioshock ever since it was announced. He had the special edition preordered months before it came out. So on the day he gets it, the second he puts in the game, he gets one red light (which indicates overheating) I couldn't help but laugh at his pain, and now hopefully you will too! Wow, that was a long explaination today....
